The Company applies the Swedish Corporate Governance Code (the “Code”). Any deviations from the Code will be disclosed in the Company’s corporate governance report, which was prepared for the first time for the financial year 2021. However, in the first corporate governance report, the Company did not have to explain any deviation due to non-compliance with rules whose application was not relevant during the period covered by the corporate governance report. The CEO participates in the nomination committee for the 2024 AGM.
