The Annual General Meeting 2022 of Profoto Holding AB (publ) was held on Thursday, May 5. In order to reduce the risk of spreading covid-19, the Annual General Meeting was, in accordance with temporary legislation, held by postal voting.
The Annual General Meeting adopted the presented Income Statement and Balance Sheet, and the Consolidated Statement of Income and the Consolidated Balance Sheet for the financial year 2021 as well as the Remuneration Report prepared by the Board of Directors, and resolved to discharge the Board members and the CEO from liability.
